A Withings sleep mat lies under the mattress and records each night's sleep, its stages, waking, snoring and heart rate, with nothing worn. Before asking it anything specific, the first question is simply what is there: how many nights, what a typical night looks like, how it has moved, and whether the last month looks like the rest.
